Orders

All orders are subject to confirmation and availability. We confirm every order by phone, WhatsApp, or message before shipping. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be verified.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders are honoured at the price at the time of order.

Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is made in full to the courier at the time your order is delivered.

Product accuracy

We make every effort to display our products and colours accurately. Slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and fabric dye lots.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the DOHRA name, logo, images, and text — is our property and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability

DOHRA is not liable for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our reasonable control.
