Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your DOHRA pieces. If something isn't right, here's how exchanges and returns work.

Exchanges

We accept size exchanges within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags intact. To request an exchange, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.

Returns

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-returnable items

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items without original tags
• Items returned after 48 hours of delivery
• Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

Exchange shipping

For size exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping. For damaged or incorrect items, we cover all shipping costs.

How to request

Message us on WhatsApp or email admin.dohra@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We respond within 24 hours.
