Shipping Policy

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Delivery time

Orders are confirmed and packed within 24 hours. Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days depending on your city. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping charges

A flat shipping fee applies to each order and is shown at checkout. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount — this is displayed at checkout when applicable.

Cash on Delivery

All orders are Cash on Delivery. You pay the full amount to the courier when your order arrives. No advance payment is required.

Order confirmation

To prevent fake orders, we confirm every order by phone, WhatsApp, or message before dispatch. Please ensure your contact number is correct and reachable.

Tracking

Once shipped, you can track your order on our Track Order page using your order number and phone. If you provided an email, you'll also receive a shipping notification with your tracking number.

Failed deliveries

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unreachable contact, we will attempt to reach you. Repeated failed COD deliveries may affect eligibility for future COD orders.
